VAT Registered (Usually companies)

If you are a registered VAT payer then you can use our services with NO VAT being added to your invoice, this is due to a law between EU countries that allows VAT free payments and receipts to be made, however any local services carried out in that country are subject to local VAT rates. 

In order to get your VAT reduced to 0% we will require your company/personal details including;

  • VAT Registration Number
  • Company Name and Address
  • Copy of VAT Certificate if available

Travel Out There will check each company to verify that the VAT number provided is legitimate, if we cannot confirm the VAT number then we will apply this at the rate of 22% to the total value of the booking.

 

NON VAT Registered 

Due to our pricing structure we must add 22% VAT to all of our bookings that can not be provided with a registered VAT number. This means that all of the products on Travel Out There are subject to 22% VAT which will be added to the total value of the booking.
