TOP SELLER: CITY SNAKES AND LADDERS (click)

Think of a regular board game. Like Snakes and Ladders. Imagine that the game-board is the city centre, game fields are virtual locations around you and game pieces are real people.  The game is all about getting from start to finish with as few steps as possible. Game fields have the ladders and snakes attached to them.  Instead of throwing the dice players answer a question at every field they stop at.

In the race against time to beat your adversaries, all participants will work in teams to:

Search for clues and answer location  specific  questions.

Take photos and interact with locals

 Complete active team challenges.

Why not turn your City Game in to a Charity Challenge?

CASE STUDY: CREATIVE MEDIA SERVICES 'WACKY RACES'

  • Client: Creative Media Services
  • Group size: 40 Pax
  • Dates: 1st July
  • Destination:  Riga

Testimonial:

Thank you Travel Out There team for co-ordinating such a fantastic event - we still talk about it regularly and it certainly helped our team gain closer relationships both inside and out of the office.  Already looking forward to our next Travel Out There experience.

Event Overview:

Key objective was to create an event that helped unite a new team.  Previously there had been quite a high staff turnover and the brief was to create an event that bought people together in a fun and innovative fashion. We worked closely with the client to provide a unique Wacky Races Experience. Themed on the classic cartoon teams had to customise their own car before jetting around the city completing tasks and answering questions.  The final destination of the game was a Spa Hotel where awards could be given for the smartest and fastest teams as well as the gas guzzlers (team that travelled the most kilometres).   Ending the event at the spa allowed everyone to relax, share experiences and reflect before their evening entertainment.

CASE STUDY: NESTLE 'STIR IT UP'

Event Details:

  • Client: Nestle
  • Group size: 40 Pax
  • Destination:  Berlin
  • Event: Incentive

Testimonial:

"Great teambuilding activity, very well organized. All participants had real fun and it was a nice way to discover Berlin. Peter, thanks again for the excellent job ! Really appreciated."- Fabienne von Burg, Nestlé

Event description:

Nestlé contacted us and asked us to arrange a City Rally with picnic as a supplement to their conference in Berlin, and we were happy to assist them. Each team was equipped with a notepad, pen and a camera and headed out to solve the quests. The tasks had been created to be as well educational as well as fun and creative. After the rally we arrange dan outdoor BBQ by the river with a live chef. The day after we presented the results of the rally in a small award show, where we showed the photos from the rally and handed out prizes to winners of different categories.
