The Team Building Barometer

Our team building barometer below is a tool to help you decide on what team building activity is most suitable for your team! The barometer ranges from Soft to Hard activities. Soft Team Building Experiences are of a less formal approach where discussions and simulated networking opportunities naturally leads to improved communication and increased morale. Hard Team Building Experiences have more extensive and detailed debriefs to evaluate individual or group performance as well as pinpoint areas for development. To the right you can also see the key outcomes of the activity.

All of our  team building incentives can be custom made and adapted to your specific requirements and wishes. We are also happy to incorporate your company’s brand, as well as CSR elements if you wish.
