The “3 chefs restaurant The good must grow” (lat. -Tam labam būs augt) is a restaurant with the open plan kitchen, beloved by citizens and admired by guests of our city.
It was founded in September 2011 by two well-known Latvian chefs - Mārtiņš Sirmais and Ēriks Dreibants. Restaurant executive chef Artūrs Trinkuns is responsible for product selection, cooperation with farmers and looks after everyday work in kitchen.
Despite rocket fast success, we remain accessible, friendly and open to everybody. We love our clients and will provide perfect service even under the most complicated circumstances.
1st Floor Restaurant
Menu is nicely balanced with classic dishes that are always in demand and local seasonality produce –
vegetables, berries, forest fruit, pickles, game and fish. They follow approach of modern Nordic kitchen and treat their clients
in the manner that make them feel very special.

Smeg Hall 2nd Floor / 90 m2
This is 90 m2 hall with a built – in kitchen unit. The hall is suitable for corporate lunch or dinner parties, teambuilding
activities or just for being together with your family. The room is transformable into a seminar hall with a projector and
a screen. Coffee breaks are also available.

- Stand-up presentations: 70 persons
Iittala Hall 2nd Floor / 110 m2
This tasteful hall, with Iittala dishes and design objects, can also be used as a hall for presentations and cooking–together,
with a possibility to adjust it for seminars, masterclasses and corporate events or dinner in larger groups.
For seminars there is available also the projector, a screen and coffee breaks.
