Travel Out There Corporate Retreats & Off Sites are aimed at helping organisations serious about development and change as well as having some fun! Travel Out There Retreat's combine Team Building with Adizes Management Training. Our professional facilitators provide the methodology and structure for your retreat (focusing on the working objectives of the retreat) and our experience managers handle all your ground handling requirements in your specified destination (focusing on the fun and ensuring the experience exceeds expectations). Together they make the perfect team to ensure you make the most of the limited and extremely valuable time that you are all together. Before embarking on a Travel Out There retreat it is important to have some clear and specific objectives in place. |

ACTIVITIES, ACCOMMODATION AND CATERING |
Travel Out There will manage all your catering requirements - we can even provide you with an on site chef for the duration of the summit and even include some culinary team building activities, as stated above. We will find you the ideal retreat venue – quiet, remote, or luxurious. You can decide whether you would like a retreat within the city in a hotel or in a country house. We will tailor a series of team building activities to act as break outs or energisers during your strategic development meet. Effectively providing the flesh and muscle around the 'Adizes skeleton' of the retreat. We recommend that the majority of the activities be held at the venue itself, but should you desire, we will manage the logistics to experience activities off site also.
