Four of the outcomes are particularly important:
• 100% agreement on the issues the company needs to tackle to drive performance and 100% agreement on the game plan for doing so.

It is important before embarking on strategic management retreat, for the key decision maker, whether it be the CEO or founder, to spend time working with our facilitator to prepare for the event. Typically, 2 days are spent off site and the 3rd day our facilitator will conduct a session in your office. This last session generally happens 3 to 4 weeks after the retreat.
We will tailor a series of team building activities to act as break outs or energisers during your strategic development meet. Certain activities can be held at the venue itself, otherwise we will manage the logistics to experience these activities off site. Travel Out There will manage all your catering requirements - we can even provide you with an on site chef for the duration of the summit and even include some culinary team building activities. We will find you the ideal retreat venue – quiet, remote, or luxurious. You can decide whether you would like a retreat within the city in a hotel or in a country house.
